Refund Policy

At LeadYx, we are committed to delivering measurable value to every client. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds or service credits may be issued, and our process for handling disputes related to service delivery.

1. Nature of Our Service

LeadYx provides a performance-based AI lead generation service. Our work involves significant upfront operational effort including campaign configuration, AI model customisation, data sourcing, and outreach infrastructure setup. Because of this, our refund policy is structured to reflect the nature of the service — partial or conditional rather than unconditional.

2. Setup and Onboarding Fees

Where applicable, any one-time setup or onboarding fees are non-refundable after services have commenced. Setup work includes but is not limited to AI configuration, audience definition, campaign creation, and dashboard provisioning.

3. Monthly Subscription Payments

3.1 General Policy

Monthly subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable once the billing cycle has commenced and campaign operations have begun. This is because operational costs — including AI calling, outreach, and data infrastructure — are incurred immediately upon campaign activation.

3.2 Cancellation

If you choose to cancel your subscription, you must provide 30 days' written notice to info@leadyx.io. You will continue to receive service for the remainder of the current billing cycle, but no refund will be issued for that cycle.

3.3 Cooling-Off Period

New clients who have not yet received their first lead delivery may request cancellation within 72 hours of subscription commencement for a full refund of the first month's fee, provided no significant operational work has been performed. This request must be made in writing to info@leadyx.io.

4. Service Credits for Lead Shortfalls

If LeadYx fails to deliver the minimum committed lead volume in a given month (as specified in your plan), you will be eligible for a service credit — not a cash refund — equivalent to the shortfall, carried forward to the next billing cycle.

For example: if your plan commits to 40 leads and we deliver 32, the value equivalent to 8 leads will be credited and applied in the following month.

⚠️ Lead shortfall credits are the sole remedy for under-delivery. No cash refunds are issued for partial under-delivery where services have otherwise been operational.

5. Grounds for Refund Consideration

A full or partial cash refund may be considered in the following limited circumstances:

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the incident or billing date to info@leadyx.io with supporting details.

To initiate a refund request:

  1. Email info@leadyx.io with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Company Name]"
  2. Include your invoice number, subscription plan, and the specific reason for your request
  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days
  4. We will review and respond with our decision within 7 business days
  5. Approved refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days to the original payment method

If you are dissatisfied with our refund decision, you may escalate the matter by writing to info@leadyx.io with "Dispute Escalation" in the subject line. All disputes will be handled in accordance with our Terms of Service, specifically the dispute resolution provisions in Section 12.
